Payment Policy
- To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required at the time of confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Bookings are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
- Payments can be made using the payment methods listed on our website.
Cancellation Policy
- For 3-day and 4-day group tours only: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before the tour start date.
- For all other tours, if you cancel 30 days or more before the tour start date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the tour start date, no refund will be issued, as hotels, transportation, and other services have already been confirmed and paid for.
- If you are unable to travel for a genuine and valid reason, we are happy to reschedule your tour to another available date, provided you notify us at least 15 days before the tour start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any costs charged by our suppliers.
- In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel an itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events. If this happens, we will work with you to provide a suitable alternative or an appropriate refund where applicable.
